Hey everyone!

After all that fun, food and games during the steamboat, are you craving for more? Guess what! Ministry day will be on this coming friday, and in conjuntion with the CNY holidays, we will be doing house visitation – Amazing Race styled – and have BBQ steamboat!

If you have yet done so, please inform Isaac/Robyn/Sabrina of your attendance.

~After Steam Boat Report ~

We had a great time at the steamboat dinner with nearly 20 over new friends!!! Yep, the tables were nearly full that night and we had really an international audience. The countries represented include, China, Denmark, America, Malaysia! We had a nice time of games to begin with and then the FUN begins! We boiled, fried and some steamed their way through dinner.  =) Well, here are some pictures to remember the event by!

We just had a great event at LT27 on the 7th of February. It was our Victim Villain Valentine! Hope that you did join us, but if you didn’t, this is something for you!

Look at the band! So cool, especially the drummer!!

It started with soft tunes from Eng Kwang’s Saxaphone, outside LT27, accompanied by James on the guitar. Together they set the mood for an evening of Love and great music. And this is not refering to “Love”, the one that we are familiar with in the movies. This is everlasting Love. The one that fills the void in our hearts.

Sharon the lead singer, together with her talented band of musicians, carefully urged us along a journey of discovering true love. Through the broken times and the good times, through the happy times and the trying ones. Love often turns out not exactly how we thought it would. A journey of a real and raw look at the realities of this life, accompanied with memorable tunes which probably accompanied those times.

At the end of it all, the solution God offers us is literally out of this world. Jesus Christ, the Son of God, who calls us His friend. Nothing in this world can satisfy our desire for an everlasting Love. Only God can provide, because we were made to have communion with Him. Sharon shared that all we had to do was to simply turn from our own sinful ways, and accept Jesus as Lord of our lives. It was simple but a huge step for many. 11 made that decision that evening and invited Christ into their lives. You can too! - Click here to find out more!
